Platform administration
Platform-level controls for SecNxt operators (not org admins).
Overview
Platform administration is a global, operator-level area — separate from organisation roles — used to oversee the SecNxt platform itself: leads, organisations, users and platform metrics.
It is only available to designated platform administrators.
How it works
Platform admin access is governed by a global role, distinct from the per-workspace roles regular members hold.
It surfaces a gated admin area with platform-wide oversight tools.
How to use it
- 1If you are a platform admin, open the Admin area from the sidebar.
- 2Use the sub-sections (leads, organisations, users, metrics) as needed.
When to use it
- Operating and supporting the SecNxt platform.
Tips & best practices
- This is not the same as being an admin of your own organisation.

- I don't see Admin — why?
- It only appears for designated platform administrators, not for normal organisation admins.
