You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to scan any target you submit.

You may only scan systems, repositories, websites, APIs and apps that you own or have explicit permission to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.

Don't misuse the platform: no attempts to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, exceed rate limits abusively, or use it to facilitate illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

SecNxt provides automated findings and AI-generated suggestions to help you improve security. They are provided as guidance and do not guarantee that your systems are free of vulnerabilities. You remain responsible for your security decisions.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

SecNxt and its underlying technology remain the property of Olwayz24 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of your code and data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecNxt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
