To operate SecNxt we rely on a small set of trusted subprocessors. Each is bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than our own. This page lists current subprocessors by function.
Cloud hosting & database
Managed cloud infrastructure and database hosting used to run the SecNxt console, store account data, and execute scans, with encryption in transit and at rest.
AI inference
AI model providers used to generate finding explanations, remediation guidance, and threat-ranking insights. Inputs are processed transiently to produce outputs and are not used to train third-party models.
Payments
Our payment partner processes subscription billing in INR. Card and payment details are handled by the processor; SecNxt does not store full payment card numbers.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 provides aggregate, privacy-respecting usage analytics for our website and console to help us improve the product.
Email & notifications
Transactional email and notification delivery providers used to send account, security, and scan-related messages.
Updates & contact
We update this list as our subprocessors change and provide advance notice of material changes to customers under a DPA. For the latest signed list or to subscribe to change notices, contact us via the Contact page.
