Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle, in INR. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. The price shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes, is what you pay.

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your console. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the Free plan.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.

To request a refund for a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us via the Contact page with your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
